Information Collected from Sellers:
PopTribe collects various data from sellers who connect their stores with our platform using the Amazon SP-API. This includes but is not limited to:

·        Fulfillment details
·        Product listings
·        Inventory and order tracking information
·        Direct-to-consumer shipping details

 

Usage of Seller Data:
PopTribe retrieves and stores product information such as product name, ASIN, SKU, image URLs, descriptions, prices, inventory, stock, and variations using the following Amazon SP-API endpoints:

·        Product Listings API (Listings Items Resource)
·        Inventory API (Inventory Items Resource)

Order Management: PopTribe accesses seller order data to track sales and manage fulfillment through the following Amazon SP-API endpoints:

·       Orders API (Orders Resource):
·        Fulfillment Outbound Shipment API (CreateFulfillmentOrder operation)

Fulfillment Process:
When a user initiates a purchase through our platform,
PopTribe automatically creates a fulfillment order with the seller’s approval, utilizing the Amazon
SP-API for:

·        Creating fulfillment orders
·        Shipment tracking and management (Fulfillment Outbound Shipment API is utilized for this purpose).
